Sie wohnen in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in einem sehr gemütlichen und sauberen Zimmer. Sie wohnen alleine. Sie können am Abend gemütlich im Freien sitzen und ein Gläschen Wein trinken. Im Garten befindet sich ein kleines Haus wo Sie sich Essen kochen oder wärmen können. Mikro, Kochplatte und Geschirr ist vorhanden. In nur wenigen Schritten erreichen Sie die Bahn ( S60 ) , mit der Sie in 12 Minuten am Wiener Hauptbahnhof sind. Es gibt auch vor der Tür eine Busstation nach Schwechat, gratis Fahrrad

Close to the west train station, this big friendly over 100 year old house is perfectly kept and well situated between the palace Schönbrunn and the city center which is just a few metro stations away. The metro line U3 is just a short 5 minute walk away and if you want to enjoy cheap breakfast or lively atmosphere you are invited to the beautiful Hostel just over the street!

Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

The house is close to public transport, and Schoenbrunn Palace. I live in the neighboring main house. The house is fit for 2 guests. The house has a small kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for not smoking. Laundry service upon request for an extra fee. Please, allow 24 hours. The house is unheated and does not have AC.

Dieses winzige Haus ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Gemütlich und gastfreundlich liegt es in einer Seitengasse im Zentrum von Klosterneuburg - umgeben von romantischen Häusern aus dem Mittelalter. Direkt an der Bahn gelegen ist es der ideale Start für Erkundungstouren nach Wien oder auch in den Wiener Wald. Busse und Zug sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, aber auch Radfahrer haben nur wenige Meter zu den Radrouten an der Donau. Alles da - nur du fehlst noch!

Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Villenviertel über Wien. Der Autobus ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß, die Straßenbahn bis in die Innenstadt 10 Minuten den Hügel hinunter. In Gehweite gibt es ein hervorragendes Restaurant und im Sommer einen Eissalon. Außerdem ein großes Freibad, das Schafbergbad. Es ist eine ideale Art eine Stadt zu besuchen - ein Haus völlig im Grünen und doch in der Stadt. Gute Laufstrecken in der Nähe, die direkt vor dem Haus beginnen.

We are located next to Linzertiergarten so it quit. You can go hiking to Linzertiergarten. The bus stop is in front of our property. One of the safest place you can find in Vienna is Kalksburg so guest what we are located there. The parking is free from 6 pm till 8 am in the morning every day, Saturday from 12 midday it is free. Sunday whole day is free on the street in front of our House. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
