Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. Just a short stroll to public transport, Como Hotel, and cute cafes. Or a few minutes in an Uber and you're at Crown Casino, Victoria Park's bustling cafe strip, Curtin University, City, Swan River, and golf course. Our guesthouse is brand new, fully self contained with separate bathroom / laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

Located in a great area to easily explore Perth and dine out with great local cafes /coffee shops a short walk away. Happy to give you local tips as we are local to the area.

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
