Con mi familia (5) tuvimos una estadía muy agradable. La casa está convenientemente ubicada, cerca de comercios y transporte. La zona es segura y se puede regresar de noche sin problemas. La cocina estaba bien equipada. Siempre desayunamos en la casa, incluso en el jardín. Muy recomendable y definitivamente la tendré en cuenta para nuestro próximo viaje.

Patricia’s home is beautiful and nicely located. The outdoor patio, pool, and grill area were exceptional. This was a perfect place for our family gathering with four adults and two children. We appreciated having access for laundry and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Thank you, Patricia and Gabriela!

En esa zona no es que hay muchas cosas por hacer o conocer, pero nos quedaba bien por ser más o menos cercano a Tecnópolis. Zona tranquila, departamento independiente muy bueno y cómodo. Anfitrión muy atento. Recomendable.

Las anfitrionas muy atentas y amables, la zona muy tranquila para caminar aunque cuesta ubicarse un poco. Tiene algunas fábricas cerveceras cerca, y a 20/30 minutos de caminata podés llegar al Hipódromo o al Unicenter.

Gran opción de alojamiento en relación calidad/precio. Ubicado en una zona preciosa, tranquila y segura, pero cercana a estaciones de tren, bus y tiendas/farmacias. Además, Fabian fue muy atento y amable desde el primer momento. Sus instrucciones claras y disponible a responder las consultas. Será mi primera opción en mi siguiente viaje a Buenos Aires!

Muy buena opción para estadías largas o cortas! Un monoambiente muy bonito y con las comodidades necesarias. Fueron muy comunicativos desde antes de que lleguemos. Lo único que puede fastidiar un poco, si eres ligero de sueño, es el ruido del ambiente ya que el balcón da a una avenida, pero a nosotros no nos molestó. Cualquier cosa que necesitábamos nos atendian rápidamente y fueron muy amables. Definitivamente volvería!!

El apartamento es muy lindo, igual que en las fotos, los atardeceres en el balcón son fantásticos. El lugar es super espacioso, muy cómodo y se encuentra muy bien equipado para estadías largas. Milagros siempre fue muy receptiva y al pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitaramos.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel im Stadtteil Nuñez. Der Platz in der Tiefgarage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Departamento en una zona privilegiada y segura. Parque cerca, río, circuitos de trote o bicicleta, y muy buenos restaurantes y cafeterías a menos de una cuadra de distancia. El edificio también es seguro, con recepcionista día y noche, llave de seguridad para entrar al edificio y para tomar ascensor o entrar a espacios comunes. Tiene un gimnasio muy completo, y desde ahí una tremenda vista. El departamento cumple con cada detalle de la publicación, se agradece el escritorio para aquellos que trabajamos remoto. A pesar de ser 1 ambiente, es amplio y privado. Anfitriona Cinthia está muy atenta, responde al instante y de manera muy respetuosa y cortés. Una muy buena experiencia para recomendar.

A beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of Nunez, a beautiful little neighborhood fully of life, cafes and greenery. I loved my stay and I would recommend this place to everyone visiting the city.

The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. It looks like the pictures. It has two air conditioners. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s very comfortable to have a full bathroom and a half bathroom. The surrounding areas are very nice and it’s very well located in Nuñez neighborhood near the subway, buses and train. The area is safe and walkable. The building has amenities and security. The check in and check out times are flexible if the apartment is not rented. The host was friendly and extremely responsive. She let us stay later as our plane left at night. We had a great time. I’ll definitely go back.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires. Easy access by car and also relatively close to subway station. The place is beautiful, well equipped and as seen in pictures. The building’s pool, garden and cafe are great and very convenient. Ale is a great host, highly responsive and also very accommodating. He managed to secure a parking space for us which made a big difference to our stay and was well worth the price. Great experience overall. We’ll hopefully return soon
