Awesome House on Cayuga Lake! (age 30+ excl. kids)

Age requirement 30+ (excluding kids). Great for families!! 1196 E. Shore Drive is a fabulous rustic lake house (circa 1890) on Cayuga Lake 2.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. 330 ft of frontage w/ full sun and awesome sunsets. Huge dock and hot tub. Incredible lawns and private. NOTE: the railroad tracks come close to the house and so does the road (traffic noise during the week is noticeable). And because of the tracks, the driveway is SHORT AND STEEP. Price based on # of people. See below.

Lakefront Perfect For Familiy, Wineries, Colleges

Relax in our single family home in the Town of Ithaca. We are only 1.5 miles from downtown Ithaca, but it is a world apart. Clean, stylish home with amazing lake views. The Homestead-One of Ithaca's Best!

Large spacious private vacation or business rental. Nine miles from Ithaca College and 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca, this property is located close to everything yet just far enough out of town for complete privacy. The spacious living space sleeps up to six while the yard and campfire area are large enough for football or to play Frisbee. Surrounded by forests and rolling hills, the view is spectacular. A trailhead for the Fingerlakes trail is within walking distance from the rental.

Adorable 2-bedroom home

Adorable home built in 1890 and renovated in 2019. Easy on/off from I-81, centrally located in New York- making it a great location to stay while visiting multiple colleges in one trip. Beautiful custom home--only 2.5 miles from our charming village. ~3 miles from the highway. In pizza delivery range! Peaceful, park-like setting. Pond, streams, woods, fire pit. Indoor/Outdoor activities. Ping pong, hiking, swimming, yard games, fishing (bring a pole), sledding, and more. Wonderful friends & family spot to make great memories. The River House on the upper West Branch

Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. The house is fully equipped to cook with spices and utensils. Keurig combo coffee pot and coffee. Bedrooms/ living room are all brand new furniture.

Charming Cayuga Lake Front Cottage

We rent only Sunday-Sunday in summer so if the dates are grayed out, please change your check-in and check-out dates to Sunday. Less than 2 miles from downtown Ithaca, This charming 2 bedroom Lake House on the West Shore of Cayuga Lake has off street parking for 2 cars and its own adorable Waterfalls with spectacular views. * Our Pet Policy* We will consider up to 2 Dogs each weighing 20 Lbs or less to accompany our guests, please inquire if needed.

Entire house, spacious, lots of light & spectacular view from the sun room. Outdoor hot tub runs year-round. Fully equipped kitchen. Only 12 minutes from Ithaca on a quiet country road. Porch & gas grill for outside eating. Very private, peaceful place. Songbirds, butterflies, fruit trees, goldfish pond, hammock, & large grassy yard. Super-comfortable beds. Deep cleaning with disinfectant. Large fenced in area for pets (165' x 45')
