There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!

The Uintah Basin provides many opportunities for day recreation at nearby Steinaker Reservoir and Red Fleet State Park, and Flaming Gorge is under an hour away. The patio and large yard provide ample space for play. There is also RV parking and hookups out back. Come play in Dinosaurland!

Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

Downtown Hideout

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room plus a small TV and DVD in bedroom. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
