Your villa comes with ample bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (cookware, spices, blender, coffee maker etc), full living area, charcoal grill, covered parking and dedicated Internet. Walk to good restaurants, and a small grocery. Experienced Surfers have Morrillo Beach and Playa Reina. Watch sun and moon rise.

Casa AltaVista is a private, modern hilltop retreat designed for guests who want space, privacy, and elevated comfort . Perched above lush jungle with sweeping ocean vistas. This property is run on solar power. Being that we are solely reliant on the power of the sun, during the evenings we ask that our air conditioning units be switched to 26C to conserve power until the mornings when the sun is back out and AC units can comfortably be switched to any temperature setting you desire.
