Casstevens Homestead Farm House (Entire House)

Casstevens Homestead House located on 145 acres near Mansfield. great for long walks in the country, or a place to get away. This is a working farm with livestock. House is approximately 150 years old, dating back 5 generations. There are large back pastures for walking out in the country. Pets are welcome, but we do have Great Pyrenees on the farm to protect our chickens. They are very friendly but the will probably greet you at the door. We can stable your horses for riding on request.

Yellow Jacket Cottage

Just walking distance to the historic downtown Cleburne, you could not find a more charming and quaint place to enjoy your stay. The Yellow Jacket Cottage is close to downtown dining, shopping and entertainment. Garden Of Eating, Our Place, Mug On The Square and Gilati's Ice Cream Parlor along with Plaza Theater, Songbird Live and quaint antique shops all only blocks away. YJC offers a queen bed, pull out sofa, full kitchen and washer and dryer. We also offer a book full of fun things to do!

The Shack

The SHACK is an eclectic space that evolved from our love of building with repurposed materials. Includes old cedar fence pickets, floor tile is made from an old tree. As The SHACK took shape we decided that the theme is sort of anything redneck construction including duck tape, even has a chain link clothes line. With all the amenities of course!! We hand built the custom waterfall sink faucet. Bed is held up w/log chains, tile shower that resembles a quilt w/ exposed copper plumbing.

The Retreat at Briaroaks

Kick back and relax in this calm, newly remodeled space surrounded by acres of beautiful oak trees. Enjoy the backyard oasis and take a dip in the pool or relax in the hot tub. You can also enjoy a nice BBQ in the outdoor cabana furnished with a Blackstone grill, full-size refrigerator and outdoor TV. It's also the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful bookcation or stay in and binge-watch all your favorite movies and shows. This slice of heaven is the perfect quiet getaway to relax and unwind.

La Casita

Experience luxury tiny home living when you stay at La Casita, nestled in the county just a few miles from downtown Waxahachie and only 25 minutes from downtown Dallas. With all the amenities of home, this is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Spacious enough for a couple as well as a kid sized futon in the living room. Cute cabin located on a working farm. Enjoy the horses and cows grazing right outside. Comfortable 2 bedrooms with a sleeping loft for the kids (horizontal only for adults). Hosts live on the same property so we will usually be available if you need anything during your stay. We prefer a low-distraction lifestyle, but a TV is available on request. Limited outdoor space available.
