The Stone Cottage Guest House, built in 1896 and recently restored is an ideal farm stay offering luxurious yet rustic self-catering accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hosting the largest dam in the country, the town makes for an interesting halfway stop between Johannesburg and Cape Town / Port Elizabeth. Puzzles is situated on the edge of the “koppie” and is focused primarily on the overnight traveller. Each unit contains two 3-quarter beds, and a good quality double sleeper couch. Guests have their own entrance. Each unit has an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Locked parking is provided behind palisade gates.

Farmers Cottage Bethulie

The beautiful decorated luxury farm style cottage is an open plan self catering unit complete with fire place, a fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, bathroom with shower. A large stoep with breathtaking views, private garden and access to the pool at the main guesthouse, Karoo Pandok. It is also pet friendly, fully fenced but we do charge a fee of R75.00 extra per pet which is payable on arrival. Please discuss with your host.

The Aloes guest house

The Aloes Guest House offers spacious comfortable accommodation in a fully furnished self-catering unit. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom and can accommodate 4 guests at a time. The Aloes is set on a koppie, overlooking the historical town of Bethulie offering a beautiful view of the Hennie Steyn bridge and the Lake Gariep . For peace and mind the property has good security with electric fencing and ample under roof parking.
