The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Le Clos Merise est un meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles de 105 m2 avec entrée indépendante, attenant à notre maison. L'espace nuit est de 3 chambres avec salle d'eau et WC privatifs. L'espace jour très lumineux se compose d'une grande cuisine, d'un séjour et d'un coin salon . Le jardin et la piscine sécurisée sont à partager avec les propriétaires. Balançoire et bac à sable feront le bonheur des petits. Parking possible en face de la maison. Petits déjeuners possibles pour les professionnels.
