The Ibis Cottage

Freshly renovated, The Ibis Cottage is a cozy studio on a beautiful property overlooking a small lake. It is a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach, Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice). Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The cottage is conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice. The perfect location for enjoying the Gulf coast and outstanding beaches.

A Dream Come True

Located in a desirable community of Venice Garden in a quiet neighborhood where you can't tell if it is a weekend or a weekday. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are amazingly comfortable, the reclining couch and loveseat are great for relaxing. Everything you need for the beach is included in the rental. The private fenced in backyard allows you monitor your pet while enjoying a cup of coffee. Enjoy a guest Netflix account and high-speed internet from XFINITY all included in the rental.

Poolside Private Garden Oasis Home by the Beach

Villa Rosa is a get-away throwing you back to yesteryear: old Florida style architecture with a Key West style design flair, all while surrounded by fully landscaped, mature gardens that keep our home absolutely secluded from the rest of nearby Venice. Venice Getaway 3 bedrooms, private heated pool

The property is located close to Sarasota and Punta Gorda airport, also you can fly to Tampa airport which is a little bit farther. Impeccable 3 bedroom home with a heated swimming pool. Centrally located and minutes away from shopping, beaches (Caspersen, Manasota Key, Venice Fishing Pier and Venice), some of the best restaurants in the area, and close to downtown Venice. Bring your beachwear and enjoy the sunny days, sandy beaches, and warm water that South Venice has to offer!

Enjoy a private backyard oasis with a sparkling pool, floaties, pool games, cornhole, and a 4-burner BBQ grill with all utensils. Perfect vacation home 3 miles from beach.

. Located in a desirable community of Venice Garden. Several beautiful beaches such as Venice, Manasota and Sharky's are located only few miles away. This ideal vacation home with swimming pool sits in a quite, peaceful area making it an ideal place for any season gateway. This is a great place for biking, running and walking. You will love my home because it can accommodate couples, solo adventures, or families with kids. There is no BBQ on the property.

Venice Garden Gem

BEAUTIFULLY renovated home. Inlcudes access to community pool, fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, and short drive to grocery stores, theaters, restaurants and beaches. 30 minutes from Sarasota Airport, 1 hour from Tampa Airport and 2 hours from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. TRAVEL INSURANCE! Florida weather is unpredictable! I strongly advise you purchase Travel Insurance to cover costs in case of a last minute cancellation!
