The House Next Door

We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Casa di Nat offre un esperienza unica immersa nella natura ma a pochi minuti dal centro di Firenze, una vacanza unica per chi vuole rilassarsi e divertirsi insieme ad amici e famiglia, adatta ad adulti e bambini, con il suo spazio esterno sarà possibile coinvolgere tutti in pranzi o cene, con barbeque e sdraio, il porticato coperto permetterà di poter mangiare all'aperto anche nei mesi più freddi, per facilitare gli spostamenti c'è un parcheggio gratuito in strada e fermata del bus vicino.

The Little House in Tereglio with Fireplace

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

Three bedroom historical house with the best views

Newly renovated and beautifully furnished Tuscan home in Chianni, Italy. There are two units within the property which are both inclusive of the price and both connected. The upstairs area boasts two large bedrooms, a modern chef's kitchen, dining hall and living room with a sleek bathroom. The studio unit below has a bedroom, kitchenette and full bathroom. Guests receive a welcome package with a bottle of wine, water, and a free wine-tasting ticket at Castelvecchio.

Luxury Designer-House with Rooftop-Terrace

Our house of 1910 is located in the old part of Viareggio, the pearl of the Italian Versilia. The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.
