The property is a 5-minute walk from the National Museum of Marubi Photography and 5 minutes from the Catholic Cathedral of St. Stephen, known as the Great Church. The Ebu Beker mosque is only 7 minutes from the house.

The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.
