This place was incredibly peaceful and pretty. Beautiful nature around you and a fun spacious house. I recommend for sure!

The apartment is on the second floor of the house where the owner lives. There is a full bedroom, two single beds and a pull-out couch by the fireplace. Separate entrance, private shower and restroom. Nice secluded location and a good-natured host. Nuances that are not mentioned anywhere. The sauna is for a fee, we paid 8,000 DRAM for two hours. The house is high up in the mountains and the temperature is 10 degrees cooler. There is hot water in the shower, but the pressure is very weak. We booked this accommodation at the last minute. Armen kindly met us and accommodated us late in the evening. Despite minor difficulties we were satisfied and recommend Armen as a reliable host.

Nice place to stay. Came here in autumn and the trees were that orangy yellowish color and it felt so really nice. Nice location as well.

Comme l'impression d'être à la maison, accueillis comme des enfants chez papy et mamie. Retour en enfance. Avec notre indépendance cheleureuse en bois. Les outils et ustenciles de cuisine à disposition. Salle de bain cosy que pour nous. Propre. Super moment ! Et le petit déjeuner payé en plus était excellent. Those were two perfect days spent at Lilit’s place! Cozy and clean house, great backyard with the fireplace, grill, outdoor kitchen, eating area, and hammocks! Jermuk park and various restaurants are within a 10 minutes walk , and a couple of minutes by car. Good wifi in and outdoor if need to work. Peaceful and relaxing place, want to catch every season here!
