Narine est très accueillante et cuisine à merveille. Les monastères de Sanahin et Haghbat sont à quelques minutes de route seulement et d'innombrables autres sites peuvent être facilement visités dans les environs. Certainly the best place to stay in Alaverdi. The apartment is impeccable and suits groups like ours (we were 7 people) very well. Narine is very hospitable and her cooking skills are awesome. The monasteries at Sanahin and Haghbat are only a few minutes away by car, and there are countless other places to visit in the region. Zweifellos der beste Ort um in Alawerdi zu übernachten. Die Wohnung ist tadellos und für Gruppen wie unsere (wir waren zu siebt) sehr gut geeignet. Narine ist sehr gastfreundlich und kocht hervorragend. Die Klöster Sanahin und Haghbat liegen nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und es gibt in der Gegend zahlreiche weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Rafael was an exceptional host—very responsive and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The apartment was clean, cosy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The heating was fantastic; Rafael had thoughtfully turned on the floor heating in advance, ensuring that we arrived to a warm and comfortable space without any surprises. The place was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials, free Wi-Fi, and even pocket Wi-Fi for convenience. The only thing we felt could be a great addition is a microwave oven, as it would have been really useful during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed the cosy apartment. Hayk's place is the kind of accommodation that lingers in your memory long after your stay. The vibrant and lively atmosphere of the place makes it stand out. Despite having six people in our group, the spacious house always made us feel energized and comfortable. It exuded a sense of cheerfulness that added to the overall experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, and even a grill was available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. Beyond the impressive interior, the property featured a sizable backyard. While our visit took place in a snowy January, preventing us from thoroughly enjoying the outdoor space, we could still envision the potential for snowball fights and other fun activities. I am eager to return to Hayk's place during different seasons, confident that it would offer a unique and enjoyable experience each time. I highly recommend this Airbnb to others, as it can cater to guests in any season.

Small,but cozy and clean apartment with a good view to the forrest. A definite bargain for what you are getting out of the place.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of being hosted by Gagik, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Gagik was welcoming and incredibly helpful, always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and goes out of his way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment itself was wonderful—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything I needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and modern amenities. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful environment to relax in. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Gagik’s hospitality. He made sure I had everything I needed, offering local recommendations, and even checking in to ensure I was comfortable during my stay.

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.
