It's a great place for kids to play, or for all to relax at the end of the day and is furnished with horseshoes, a table for 4, a 2 person hammock, and a propane fire pit. Brookshires is located close for groceries. 2 night stays allowed on non-First Monday weekends.

The property is located on a back country road and has an attached apartment that is also listed on Airbnb. There is ample concrete parking that can accommodate a horse trailer and a travel trailer.
