The bathroom with large shower is off this room, as well as a utility room with a washer/dryer. The loft upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with a desk. It’s two miles from area hospitals and WVU’s Evansdale campus but has a country-quiet feel with back porch and yard.

You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.
