I have to say thank you, thank you, thank you! After my Airbnb at another property in Michigan informed me that they overbooked and I could not check in until a day later than I anticipated, I was put in a difficult situation, scrambling to find a place that will allow me to stay for one night. Jim was amazing in allowing us to come in and stay at the HollyWoods for the beginning of our trip. I wished I had found his place 2 months ago when I booked our entire week vacation The HollyWoods was far superior to where we ended up for the rest of our vacation. The hiking trails on the property, the fishing pond, the landscaping, the house, the kitchen that included everything you might need, exceeded all my expectations. The HollyWoods turned out to be better than any other Airbnb at which you've stayed. I highly, highly recommend The HollyWoods!

Robert was very responsive to messages and made check in easy. The duplex was fantastic and a short drive from town. The location was nice and quiet and very clean. Would stay here again!

Yellow Ranch Retreat was the perfect home away from home for my family . The spacious and extremely cozy home had all the amenities required for my family to enjoy our stay (i.e. WiFi, steaming service access, cooking utensils ). Additionally, the host Barbara-Yvonne ‘s attention to detail and responsiveness was impeccable. My family and I look forward to our next stay .

Let's start the with the negative. Tiny sign that I continually tried to miss, for the turn into the property. Thats it, that is the list. The house was in a great location, very quiet, with an open floor plan and plenty of beds. Each level had its own deck with great views of the lake. Loved the seclusion, even though we were right off the main road in Watervilet on the way to Lake Michigan. My daughter lives in Michigan and I won't hesitate to drive out from Virginia and stay here again.

Terry provides a clean home away from home for anyone staying in the area. Plenty of activities and every convenience that you need is nearby.

We were in Benton Harbor for a wedding. Hotels are expensive and there are a ton of Airbnb’s that use that to their advantage when they price. Mollie’s place was perfect! Great size bedrooms, comfy beds, and everything was simple and clean. Great value and I’d book again!

Hosts were very responsive. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we would need. We felt very at home here. If all airbnb's are like this, I won't stay in hotels anymore, it will be airbnb's for me (this was my first airbnb experience).

House was well appointed. Great for a large group. Great location to walk to town and beach. Communication was easy, even with using a third party management company. However, the extra paperwork (listing all guests names and ages, for example), contracts, and use of a second app other than Airbnb were a surprise.

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

Great stay! There were able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in time during off season. Very timely and responsive communication for any questions or issues.

Spent the weekend at Sandy Shores with my husband and two dogs. The property was like new, very clean and nice decor. We cooked dinner and I appreciated the nice dishware, pots and pans, ninja blender and chef's knives. The bedding and towels were nice quality, and the bed was very comfortable. The place was quiet and was in a great location. We rode our bike's to the beach, but could easily walk it. I think it's less than a mile to the beach. There's a bike/walking path and we rode out bikes all over town, you can also ride the Cal/Haven bike path for a longer ride. Great restaurants and shops and friendly people. We'll be back!

We had the best experience at Russ's place! The unit was extremely clean and we felt right at home! It was easy to find and in a very nice little development We enjoyed playing the games and and watching movies and playing some old games on the PlayStation! ! We rented bikes downtown and it was a short ride back to the house. It was a quick trip in to downtown, and there was plenty going on! It was also just a couple minutes to the grocery store as well as the beach. We took advantage of the Kal Haven trail as well as Van Buren state park. We were outside the window of being able to use the golf cart but that would have been a blast! If you are there in the summer, they have everything you would need! I would definitely stay here again.

As always Linda and Kourtney were great. Second time staying here and everything was just as awesome as the first time. Thanks again

In the middle of the woods. It's beautiful. looks just like listed. very comfortable. Kari and Mark were very prompt in communicating with us.

We loved staying at Michael's place. The setting is beautiful and private, and the cottage had exactly what we needed. Michael was a great host - responsive and willing to help.

We had an excellent time as a family at David's cabin. Everything was as advertised, and more. David was very proactive in communicating with us and responsive to any questions we had. The cabin was really, really beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and all the comforts of a well appointed home. David was clear about the pet policy and our dog was clearly welcome in the home. David left really nice touches for the humans as well, with cookies and muffins on our arrival. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we are particularly impressed with how well everything is labeled...light switches, cupboard doors, electronics, etc. Very, very well done. We enjoyed our long weekend, winter escape!

We enjoyed our stay at Heather's place. We were remiss in not reading the reviews left by other guests that stated that the place was located on a busy street. This was not indicated in the listing. The fact that it was on a busy street meant that we did not have to travel far to get gas nor get to local mini-malls. As long as you don't mind road noise, this is a great location. The decor is unique and the kids loved the spiral staircase.

Almost felt like the pictures didn't do this cute cabin any justice. Reminded me of my grandparents place in the u.p!

We greatly enjoyed All the Waters. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing house and grounds. We loved the private beach and enjoyed the view of the lake and sunsets sitting on the bluff. The 5+ minute trek to and from the beach was no problem for our geezer legs or our adult children carrying their toddler. We had plenty to do in the area on a rainy day.

This is a lovely, rustic cabin and a perfect homebase for exploring Southhaven, Saugatuck, and nearby state parks. Frank and Karen were super welcoming and helpful! The outdoor space was also great for my dog who loved the trails & wildlife. The screened in porch was a bonus as it was a little chillier for our stay so gave a perfect place to relax as the sun went down but also be protected from the elements. Definitely recommend and stay again!
