The schoolhouse is absolutely beautiful, updated but retaining the historic charm. The views are breathtaking and the pictures don't do it justice. Carla and her team are so kind and helpful, and the daily breakfasts are such a treat. We were so spoiled. Everything was very clean and relaxing. Well stocked with everything you need and more@ We had the pool heated, and it was nice and warm. Just of note - you are a bit remote. The roads in general in the Duoro are a little challenging and internet is just okay. The driveway is unique until you get the hang of it. Beds are very firm. Highly recommend!

Endroit incroyable et unique en son genre. C’était une agréable surprise et belle immersion dans la vallée de douro. L’emplacement est encore plus magnifique que sur photos. La maison est très belle aussi. Nous avions loué une auto et je crois que c’est nécessaire pour ce genre d’endroit mais cela a value la peine. Finalement, les hôtes sont exceptionnels, accueillant et super disponibles. Il est bon de savoir que ce logement est sur un vignoble et nous avons pu profiter de la dégustation et d’une visite intéressante sur la fabrication de leur vin sur place (qui était délicieux). Notre voyage n’est pas terminé actuellement, mais moi et ma famille avons eu un énorme coup de cœur pour absolument tout de ce secteur.

La están Ia fue perfecta. Todo estaba impecable, no faltaba de nada y todos los servicios funcionaban a la perfección ( agua caliente, ducha, aire acondicionado....). Es difícil encontrar algo que se pueda mejorar, por decir algo quizá poner un colchón algo menos duro en la cama de matrimonio, pero esto es a gusto del consumidor. Antonio y Víctor un 10, muchas gracias por las indicaciones y la bienvenida. Sin duda un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la naturaleza y hacer excursiones.

Fantastic stay in Pedro's home from home, Pedro was very friendly and helpful, and the property was just what we wanted for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, and a great location for us to explore the wonderful north of Portugal. Stayed for about 10 days, and enjoyed every minute. Thank you very much to Pedro and his family.

Desde o primeiro momento, a comunicação com a Rita foi impecável. Agradeço imenso a simpatia, tanto da Rita, como do Luís, e a forma como nos fizeram sentir em casa. Such a wonderful place and wonderful hosts! It’s remote, too far normally to walk to town, but our hosts did a great job of supplying us with breakfast food and wine, so we were never without the important things. Beautiful place, beautiful views, lovely pool (too cold to use when we went), sauna and workout room. Wineries all around the area. Many thanks to our very responsive and enjoyable host, Tania

Je krijgt meer dan je ziet. Zeer rustig en in prachtige omgeving. De host is bescheiden en netjes. Uitmuntend. Minstens 6 sterren.

Diana se ha portado muy bien y nos ha explicado todo además de recibirnos cuando le pedimos, la casa esta bien para familia o para una pareja porque hay una divisoria entre habitaciones que si quita un poco de intimidad, la zona es peatonal pero no ha sido difícil aparcar, aunque tendrás que poner algún parquímetro, en general nos gustó y lo único que me pareció difícil es que a veces cierran con llave el portal por lo que iría bien tener 2 llaves sino hay que estar siempre pendiente que los vecinos no te dejen encerrado en el portal.

Super nice place in a great location, super convenient for travelers since it's in the center, lots to do around and easy to walk to and from it. All the amenities are there, and the service was super friendly and helpful 👍🏻 it's my second time booking with then and still recommend and will be looking to book with then next time I'm visiting the city. :)

We were a group of 3. We travel a lot and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches at Ana's place! We drove from Porto and arrived early and Ana was very flexible about allowing us to leave our bags earlier than the check in time. Of the Airbnbs in Portugal, this was our favorite. Do not expect modern decorations but you can count on many comforts that other Airbnbs do not have. Not only is fresh bread delivered each morning but Ana also stocked her kitchen with fresh fruit, milk, juice, sugar, honey, jams, plenty of coffee pods, and she stocked the refrigerator with cheese, eggs, beer, a bottle of wine. The place is very spacious and could have comfortably accommodated more than 3 people. There are cosy bathrobes in the closets, an extra blanket, slippers and plenty of outlets in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony is so lovely and peaceful. If you come to Pinhao, I highly recommend Ana's place!

Jose est venu nous porter un déjeuner copieux à 9h30 comme prévu. Compliments de la maison. Croissants, pain et muffins encore chauds, café et jus d’orange pressé. J’ai adoré mon séjour à cet endroit.

Excelente ubicación para visitar Chaves sin estar en la ciudad, se llega fácil y se puede acceder a toda la comarca. El alojamiento es cómodo y limpio, tiene de todo, está muy bien la cocina, la cama cómoda y mucho espacio de almacenamiento. Es un alojamiento moderno, tienes espacio para aparcar el coche dentro del recinto y un jardín y patio precioso. Lo recomiendo para visitas culturales por la zona o para hacer rutas de senderismo, naturaleza y arqueología que hay mucho por la zona. Se puede llegar a Chaves en 5 minutos. Lo recomiendo.
