Big terrace with sea views in the old town

Exceptional place in the colorful Old Town, a 3 minute walk to the beach. The flat is a few short stairs from the street-level, 20 steps in all. The spacious living room/kitchen opens up to a big terrace with amazing views. The flat has recently been refurbished and has: - Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher and an extendable table to eat/work on. - 55" TV - Cosy bedroom (bed 135 cm) with storage space. - Sofabed 110cm, foldable bed 80cm. - Modern shower room.

Apartamento con una habitación y un salón con sofa-cama, ideal para un matrimonio y dos niños. Se encuentra en la planta décima con unas vistas espectaculares. Cocina vitrocerámica, cafetera marca Dolcegusto, frigorífico, horno microondas y Lavadora. No se permite fumar en el apartamento.
