Perfect for up to 6guests, features 2queen beds on 2nd floor, a half bath, and a queen pull-out couch on the 1st floor ($35 fee). Enjoy dining on the decks or cozying up indoors by the fire. Dog :)

Vallecito Log Cabin with a View

Enjoy all Vallecito Lake has to offer from this 2 bedroom 1 bath log cabin located at the North End of Vallecito. You can walk down to the Lake or the Country Market while taking in all the fresh mountain air. Outside your cabin enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill and patio furniture. Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Bethany's Vallecito Lake Cabin #2

A cute cabin with an ideal location. It is easy to find, and it is just off the county road with plenty of parking space. Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.

Mountain Escape

Great forest escape in the mountains. Our house offers space to come together as a family, slow down and enjoy nature. The fresh, cool mountain air is refreshing and inviting. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect! We have upgraded our internet and are averaging speeds over 100 MBPS.

Dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs welcome, $50 per pet fee, must be crated if left alone in the house. Please keep pets off of furniture and beds.

Hiking trails on the property with wildlife sightings of turkey, deer, fox, and others. Walking distance to Rocky Mountain General store.

Lakeside Haven

Welcome to our little slice of heaven. The apartment is above our detached garage and accessed through a separate private entrance. We've equipped it with everything you might need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The neighborhood offers a lake (with a walking trail) right across the street, National Forest access, and wildlife (deer, turkeys, the occasional bear). We do live onsite and are here should you have questions or need recommendations.

Croll Cabins-Armstrong Library Lakefront Cabin #5

Armstrong Library (1200 sq ft) is a lakeside two story cabin cabin with splendid lake and mountain views from the screened in porch and a huge lakeside lawn. It has a large living room with a fireplace, is nice and bright, a table seating 4 for card games or great for breakfast. Dining room seating for 6. Newly remodeled in spring 2025. There are three bedrooms. The cabin holds 9 people with 2 king beds, a queen, double, and a twin.
