Tere tulemast meie avarasse ja hubasesse villasse Neitsijärve kaldal, vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Pühajärvest ja Otepäält. Villa pakub täielikult sisustatud kööki koos teppanyaki grilliga, suurt söögilauda ja hubast kaminaga elutuba. Majas on 4 magamistuba mugavate kahekohaliste vooditega ning lastetuba narivoodi ja mänguasjadega. Majas on kokku 4 WC-vannituba. Mõnusaks boonuseks ka saun. Nautige terrassilt kaunist järvevaadet, lähedal asuvaid matkaradu, ujumiskohti ja suusakeskuseid.

Eraldi maja toa, köögi, vannitoa ja saunaga (47m2) Toas lahtikäiv diivanvoodi kahele ja üheinimese voodi( kaks last eri kõrgusel) Köögis pliit, ahi, külmkapp, pesumasin,nõud. Lisatasu eest majasaun, õuesaun (jääauk), tünnisaun tiigi ääres. Matka- ja suusarada 1,5km. Võimalik ka lastehoid.

Our accommodation offers you an unforgettable stay where you can relax, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with your loved ones. In our cozy complex we provide two separate houses - a sauna house and a vacation house. The vacation house features a fully equipped kitchen, gathering area, two bathrooms, a terrace, and bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. The sauna house offers a traditional sauna experience. On the premises, you'll find two terraces, a barbecue area, and a pond.

The farm is located in a beautiful garden with ponds and its own sauna house with hot tub. Located in the middle of the wild nature of the Otepaa landscape park with 60 hectares of private forest. Absolute peace and privacy is guaranteed here. The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom and 3 very spacious bedrooms.

Enjoy your stay in unique place of South Estonia inside Karula National Park. We have gas heater and electric blanket to make your stay warm even in cold seasons. We have electricity inside glamping. Outside you can enjoy BBQ, firewood and BBQ tools are provided. Hot tub is additonal price. (40€) Bicycles are included in price. We have wooden toilet outside , little sink to wash hands and face. Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga, kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib paarile, kes naudib privaatsust looduses ja omaette terrassi männipuu all. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega ja koristustasuta. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1-1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad olemas (50x60cm). Pesemiseks on dušš ja saab nautida tiigis suplust.

We are located next to the former well-known Sentanta pub, 15 minutes walk from Pühajärve beach and Puhajarve Spa & Holiday Resort 2.9 km from Otepää center and stadium. We can help you with transport, by agreement we can also provide a ride from the Palupera railway station. Private swimming spot nearby (100m) The house has a wood-burning sauna, use by arrangement (extra fee)

Purjemaja

The house is located in Nõuni, 8 km from Otepää. Building is designed for a small group of people (max 2 adults+ 2children-family) to have a nice and quiet vacation. We also offer windsurf courses or/and rent windsurf supplies on the summer season. After windsurfing you can enjoy a warm sauna and have a cozy evening. Come and spend some nice time away from the city noise!
