Geweldig huis op een geweldige locatie. Heel rustig en bijzonder ruim en comfortabel. Alleen de wifi van het huis was nauwelijks bruikbaar en in een huis voor 8-10 personen mogen er wat meer sunbeds beschikbaar zijn, maar dat zijn details tegenover de aanwezige faciliteiten.

Leuk huis om te vertoeven waarbij de nodige faciliteiten aanwezig waren. Het enige gemis was een ligstoel zodat we wat op eigen terrein konden genieten van 't zonneke. Heerlijk om 's morgens gewoon de appelsienen te kunnen plukken en vers te persen. Tevens kortbij een natuurpark waar het heerlijk wandelen is. Bij aankomst werden we héél hartelijk ontvangen door Nando en kregen dan ook info omtrent de omgeving, bezienswaardigheden en de lekkere restaurants. Denia is niet ver af en heeft zoveel te bieden. Het gaf ons een vakantie- en thuisgevoel. Bedankt! Dit adresje houden we zeker in gedachten.

Estupenda estancia en Valencia, las habitaciones son amplias, las camas son cómodas, hay mucho menaje de cocina, y muchos espacios comunes. La anfitriona muy atenta y super amable.

Nuestra estancia en la Casa Rural Masía El Pinet en Alfafara fue excepcional. Sergio, el propietario, nos recibió con gran amabilidad y nos sorprendió con una deliciosa coca dulce casera para nuestro grupo de 15 personas. La casa, situada en plena naturaleza, es encantadora, está impecablemente limpia y perfectamente equipada. Recomendamos encarecidamente esta experiencia y agradecemos a Sergio por su hospitalidad.

Wir sind immer wieder begeistert von dieser Unterkunft und dem sehr sympathischen Gastgeber! Vicente hat uns und unseren Hund sehr herzlich empfangen, wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause! Das Häuschen und der romantische Garten sind absolut zauberhaft und Vicente ein sehr herzlicher Mensch. Wir sind glücklich, einen so tollen Gastgeber gefunden zu haben und freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

La casa está impecable, limpia, con muebles muy cómodos y decorada con gusto. Los baños y las habitaciones son amplios y muy agradables. Tiene un patio interior donde se está de maravilla cuando corre el aire. Las vistas a la montaña son estupendas y la calma es total. Hay que tener en cuenta que está en un entorno plenamente rural, en medio de la montaña, rodeada de árboles y terrenos. Les Useres queda a unos 15 minutos en coche (tiene un pequeño supermercado, farmacia y establecimientos de servicios básicos). El problema para nosotros fue el calor extremo de los días que pasamos allí, tanto de día como de noche. Teníamos que tenerlo todo abierto, con lo que eso conlleva en plena montaña. Sobre todo de noche, la casa se llenaba de insectos. Así pues, nos parece el lugar ideal para pasar unos días de desconexión en épocas de menos calor.

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

We, Peter, Alin and me, liked the location of Masia San Juan: away from the busy city centre, surrounded by lovely kaki fields. Here we were able to relax after running the marathon. Yet, we were able to reach all destinations in about half an hour (by rental car as the nearby underground didn’t run after the flood catastrophy). The overall charm of the historical building is so impressive that we did not really miss some more kitchen utensils. Arturo was a perfect host: from the mail communication to his recommendations. We would especially like to thank him for the organization of a gala dinner with Geoffrey Campo and his team. We were witnesses of all fish prepared on the outdoor barbeque grill of the house. This tasty event was the climax of our five-day-stay in Valencia!

Inoubliable ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la superbe villa de Don qui dispose d'une vue magnifique sur Valencia et les collines avoisinantes (le soir, le diner depuis la terrasse sur Valencia éclairé est apaisant à regarder). Le logement est très fonctionnel avec une grande pièce à vivre ouverte sur une cuisine très bien équipée (Lave-vaisselle et Lave-linge, très pratique pour une famille nombreuse !). Les 3 chambres disposent chacune de leur salle de bain, c'est un vrai luxe :-) Le jardin est très bien entretenu avec plusieurs terrasses pour profiter du soleil (il y a aussi de l'ombre grâce aux grands arbres !). Enfin la piscine est très bien agencée avec un solarium qui offre une vue à 360° sur le secteur : un délice !!! Le logement est à environ 30 min en voiture des principaux quartiers de Valencia donc très pratique pour les nombreuses visites du secteur. Il a été très difficile de partir, merci à Don pour cet excellent moment de vacances ;-)

Una estancia muy agradable. La vivienda es super grande y bonita además de tener muchas zonas comunes muy amplias. La piscina y barbacoa, una pasada! El dueño muy atento y servicial. Hemos estado super a gusto. 100% recomendable.

La casa de Lucia es troba entre camps i montanyes, prop del poble d'Aielo. L'entorn rural ofereix molta calma i intimitat. La casa té un paeller gran i ben equipat on vam poder cuinar comodament. Lucia és una bona anfitriona, estigué atenta en tot moment per si necessitavem algo o si hi havia algún problema amb la casa. Hem disfrutat molt de l'estada, gràcies!

Alojamiento fantástico para una escapada, hicimos noche en la cabaña y fue una experiencia increíble, de esas en la que te quedas con ganas de más, solo escuchas pájaros, ruidos de la naturaleza y mucha calma. Tanto Vero, como su madre fueron súper agradables y poniéndonos todo muy muy fácil, es un sitio increíble para desconectar y escapar con tus mascotas. Tiene cerca muchas rutas de las cuales además Vero nos ayudó un montón, ya que tiene muchos conocimientos. Por otro lado, en la casa nos dejó visitar una exposición más que increíble, por la que solo eso ya merece mucho la pena hospedarse aquí. ¡Es un lugar increíble! Sus peludos son super Majos y simpáticos incluso con otros animales , tiene un parking para dejar el coche, tiene unos jardines y una piscina súper inspiradora.

Visiting Granja San Miguel was such a blessing! We were looking for a place to relax & have a peaceful few days - & we sure came to the right spot. Jesú, the owner, took such good care of us - & made us feel so much at home. Our room was so beautiful & cozy, the food was sooo delicious! We had the best Paella we have had in Spain, & the best seafood Fideuá - & the vegetables all fresh from the garden - so delicious! We enjoyed a relaxing massage, & stayed by the cool swimming pool - so refreshing in the warm Spanish summer. It was a few days of our dreams really - we felt like we entered another world & came back home all relaxed - so needed! We are always looking for relaxing, magical places where we can go to relax, with our dog - enjoy a few days of letting go & enjoy good food - Granja offers all these things - & we will be returning again - & again <3 Recommended for anyone looking for a magical Spanish experience that you will never forget <3

Le casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y el anuncio. En la planta baja se encuentra el salón que es espacioso, la cocina que es bastante grande y cuenta con una mesa para unas 10 personas, un baño y una de las habitaciones. Desde esta planta se puede salir a una terraza/porche donde está la barbacoa así como mesa para comer y a la parte trasera de la casa donde se encuentra la piscina con mobiliario diverso tanto para la piscina como para comer/cenar, un baño pequeño así como una zona de juego con cama elástica y columpio En la segunda planta hay 3 habitaciones,.una de ellas con camas dobles y un baño. Por último cuenta con una terraza en la azotea. La casa es muy tranquila. sin apenas ruidos, óptima para quedadas con amigos / familia tanto para adultos como niños. La única pega que pondría a la casa es que había muchos mosquitos y hormigas pero eso, al fin y al cabo no depende de la casa. Por último, la comunicación con los dueños fue muy sencilla y respondían muy rápido

Tivemos uma excelente estadia na casa de Margarita. Sempre muito gentil, nos dando dicas uteis sobre serviços de comida e taxi e um pronto atendimento. Tivemos um problema com o som externo no primeiro dia e eles vieram arrumar prontamente. O lugar é gostoso e aconchegante, exatamente como descrito no anúncio. Pudemos usar a discoteca também e foi muito divertido. O bairro é bem tranquilo em meio a natureza e adoramos ficamos convivendo com os pavões. Foi adorável!

We were 2 families travelling for a karting competition in Chiva. The house was everything we expected from the description and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool. It was so unfortunate that we were there during the devastating floods of October 2024. But we could not have asked for any better support from Kate (the owner) and Tracy (the local contact.) The house is a fantastic space for a big group of people. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view from the terrace was fantastic even including the lightning storm! The house gave us a comfortable and safe base to return to following the days of the severe flooding. The communications from Kate and Tracy during this time really put us at ease. To the people of the local community, they will be forever in our thoughts having witnessed first hand some tragic scenes in the area.

Our stay in SpronkenHouse was incredible, it’s a unique location with gorgeous views from a house that’s an art piece in itself. Perfect for a relaxing get away and definitely worth it!
