Amazing Value Beaver Creek Condo !

Townsend place is the ultimate, intimate luxurious condo complex perfect for weekend getaways or extended stays year round. It is Beaver Creek's best value for ski-in/ski-out access located just below Beaver Creek Village. Ski down to the Elkhorn Lift out the back of the building and ski home via the skier bridge. It is just a short 5 minute walk to Beaver Creek Village where you can enjoy boutique shopping, ice skating, fresh chocolate chip cookies daily at 3:00 pm and top-rated restaurants.

This Vail ski-in ski-out unit in the Lionshead part of Vail, is one of the few that isski-in ski-out in all of Vail. The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a full kitchen, a balcony, can sleep up to 4 guests, and offers enclosed and outdoor parking for free. There is a restaurant, gym, hot tub, pool, and direct access to biking trails and the creek on property.This is an ideal location and property to create a positive memory in Vail skiing in Winter or just being active during season.

Enjoy the gorgeous views downriver of Gore Creek from the bright main room. This newly renovated modern mountain home has been redone with great care. Cozy up in front of the fireplace, enjoy a game on the 80inch TV or make a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy a good nights sleep in the new mattress and comfy sheets. Premier Location in Lionshead (STR005675)

Studio condo with NEW HOT TUB, located within the Lionshead section of downtown Vail, just across from the luxurious Arrabelle Hotel and a short, 150 yard, walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola. This property offers a fabulous balcony overlooking Lionshead with a gas fireplace. Overnight parking rates at the nearby Lionshead parking structure are set by the Town of Vail though recently have been $60 a day during the high season. Town of Vail License STL000351
