Huggin' and a-kissin', dancin' and a-lovin' Wearin' next to nothing ' while you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, oceanfront space. This one bedroom, one bathroom, standalone casita is your private oasis to romance. Take a refreshing dip in the ocean, sip your favorite drink on the shaded porch, and at night, sleep on a DreamCloud mattress listening to the waves kiss the shore.

Relax and enjoy this unique and tranquil Tropical Island experience. Our Cabins are completely furnished with Hot water in shower, bath lavatory, and kitchen sink. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, and more. In the living room there’s a very comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, wifi and smart TV with cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa and BBQ pit for those special events. At the back of the cabin there’s an outdoor hot water shower.

Coco Cabaña#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our recently remodeled main house is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your time here. The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

Upper Lagoon apartment

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located at the entrance of the Upper Lagoon at the foot of the bridge. Across the street from the Odyssey Resort TankD dive center and next door to the UDC Marina. A short walk away from 5 dive shops. The popular Bando Beach with its bar and restaurant is a short walk away. The grounds are spacious and are colorful and are gated with dusk to dawn security lighting.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
