Hummingbird House is a beautiful 2 bedroom home on Utila. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi, and a full kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance, both with a Queen Bed, full bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. The Beach Sunset Studio, part of the Paradise Regained properties is a simple, self-contained retreat, has panoramic views of the amazing sunset on the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Casa Mar Azul is a two bedroom, single bath waterfront apartment that can comfortably sleep up to 4 Adults! One of the bedrooms contains a Queen Sized Bed, while the other contains 2 Doubles. This is a perfect configuration when it turns out that you unexpectedly have additional friends joining you for your vacation on Utila, which in our experience, happens pretty frequently. The Power Allowance at Casa Mar Azul is a generous 45 kilowatts per day
