Travel back in time, but with modern amenities, to enjoy the charm in this registered historic home by downtown Provo. Originally built in 1906. Bedrooms are all upstairs and each include one King bed and large TV. Soaker tub in upstairs bathroom. Stylish Boho Home Private backyard

A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. We've had some locals rent this space and be very disruptive to our neighborhood. Please book somewhere else if you're looking to throw a party.

2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU, and Provo Canyon. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
