Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

A charming converted stable offering the tranquillity of a semi-rural location yet just a few minutes' walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat. Set in 3 acres of grounds this self-contained property benefits from well-appointed accommodation with beautiful views from all windows towards the garden, private outside dining area & 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). The lovely gardens are home to numerous fruit & nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens and 5 rescue cats.

Charming house with swimming pool and private pond

Welcome to Maison Reycout. Enjoy the charm and calm of our stone house, its heated swimming pool (6x3m) and its large private pond (non-attenuating) with pergola and summer kitchen in the heart of nature. Our house has a beautiful 60m2 cathedral lounge, a large fully-equipped kitchen, 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/toilets. Pretty Cottage with Private Pool and Hot Tub

The Cottage is perfect for a back to nature holiday- but with a private Pool and Hot Tub. Peace and Tranquility-perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Rural France. There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. Beautiful cottage in "La France Profonde"

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Countryside Gîte

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Large, recently renovated comfortable 2 bedroom gite in the beautiful countryside of Vienne. The gite is set among rolling fields with lots of outdoor spaces and seating area on your own private veranda equipped with bbq. In a wonderful area with lots of opportunities for walking, cycling and kayaking. Nearby village has bakeries, cafes, bar and weekly market.
