This charming cottage places you within a 5 minute walk to Reef Bay beach and gives you access to many of St. John's greatest hiking trails. By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. This beautifully decorated and remodeled two-bedroom one-bathroom home has sunrise views and a strong Caribbean breeze. You can hear the ocean and watch the sunrise from both bedrooms. There are a few restaurants and a little market located just right around the corner from the house. The shops and restaurants of Coral Bay are just 2 miles away. Open floor plan, wrap-around patio, spacious living room, with one king and one queen-sized bed. There is a brand-new washer and dryer on site.

A 5 minute drive from the airport, the apartment is located across the valley from St. Anne's Chapel, with a 1 minute walk to quality restaurants, the fish market and wharf. Easy access to public transportation and a 10 minute walk to downtown shopping. Perfect for guests without a rental car.

(Northside) Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “Nomads” and “The Shack” are super convenient to grab a bite/drink while at Hull Bay Beach. “Fish Bar” is super close too, it’s so good! . A/C in both bedrooms. The two twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a king bed if preferred. Queen air mattress and pack n play available upon request! Side note : I recommend renting a vehicle.

Caribia Cottage is located in a private Estate with access only through an electronic gate. The spectacular panoramic view of the St. Thomas Harbor is unforgettable and one which many a famous star toasted to when the property was formerly owned by a celebrated Broadway Producer. Walk just two steps from the Cottage into the spacious swimming pool. Enjoy gazing at the busiest Harbor in the Caribbean, as the mega yachts, seaplanes and cruise ships come and go.

Mar Brisa

This unique space includes one bedroom with one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a small dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will need to bring paper goods for light meals. We will supply coffee mugs and cutlery. Walk out the door and down the path to go to the beach. We are very close. Just go down once you make a right at bottom of our path. We have some masks and fins to use. Also other water toys. Ask if you want to use.

Location, and Location. Tradewinds Condos are located on the East End of St Thomas, right above Red Hook! It's a 5-minute walk to the St John ferry dock, Bars, Restaurants, and Groceries. No need for a car! The power is steady, with 3 sources. WAPA, Solar, and a backup Genny If WAPA goes out, it's quiet as we are on Battery Power. Fast Wi Fi. Cheers!
