We offer an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, off street parking, spacious rear garden courtyard and 2BRs sleeping up to five guests (QB/DB/SB). The Bay of Fires, Freycinet, wineries, mountain biking and a whole lot of fresh air are all within easy reach. Did we mention no traffic lights either?

Serenity @ Scamander is a 1 bedroom privately owned unit in a bush setting. It's location and outlook is a feature which includes both the Scamander River and the stunning coastline. The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. A well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge space/TV area with single sofa bed. WIFI ☑️

Luxury beach house, tucked away in a quiet cul de sac only a 2 minute walk to a stunning east coast beach and 10 mins to the St helens Mountain Bike park. You will enjoy a stroll to the beach for fishing, surfing, snorkeling or a relaxing walk! 10mins up the road and you will be riding world class mountain bike trails. 25 min to Bay of Fires. The beach house faces north to get all day sun and is very sheltered, there are two decks to sit and enjoy the sunshine and a refreshing drink.

A peaceful place to relax after exploring the beautiful Bay of Fires area, swimming, surfing, walking or mountain biking on nearby tracks. The Shack on the Hill has beautiful views across forest reserves. Keep an eye out for the amazing birdlife including parrots, cockatoos, robins, blue wrens and Sea Eagles cruising past. The cottage has a large open plan kitchen/dining and living area and a large covered deck for outdoor dining and perfect for coffee in the morning sun.

Colchis Creek Townhouse is located within walking distance to the main street of St Helens, close to all the action like mountain bike tracks, fishing, shopping or enjoying local food and wine. Located in the Scamander Sanctuary this brand new 3 bedroom home offers open plan living, spacious kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The front of the house boasts stunning ocean and sanctuary views making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is well equipped for a maximum of 5 adults with all you will need for a relaxing break away including a new heat pump which easily heats or cools the entire house.
