Romantic Getaway. The Caboose is a handcrafted replica of a train carriage, with a small private garden. Set on a half acre property next to our historic farmhouse, centrally located at the outskirts of Motupipi, at the eastern side of Golden Bay, only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from Takaka township. Tucked up in a quiet native garden surrounded by bird song and fruit trees for you to enjoy when in season, and of course our four cheeky chooks. Our seperate, private cottage sits on our 2,250sqm property, with the great taste trail right on our doorstep and the gateway to the Abel Tasman 15 minutes drive away.
