We loved our stay! The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Highlights: Location: Walking distance to a private beach and even walkable to downtown Hyannis if you're up for a 40 minute walk. Cottage: The house is set up for relaxing with you and your loved ones. We appreciated having lots of pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery so we could cook. Communication: Rich was proactive with check in instructions and responsive when we had questions.

We had a wonderful spring break at the “Falmouth Local”! Anika’s house was spotless, comfortable, spacious for our young family of 4 plus a grandparent. Instructions and local suggestions were all crystal clear; I think we only had one question throughout our week-long stay. The town - with LOTS to do - was so close. The bike path is just across the street and was perfect for morning runs, kids on scooters, etc. Highly recommend a springtime visit!

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

A true gem of a place. Great neighborhood, lots of great amenities around. We will stay again! Tasteful decor and the whole place just feels homey. Squeaky clean, too—and so many little great touches throughout.

A wonderful spot filled with Machpee and Cape cod decor. The location was excellent given we travelled up and down the Cape and needed a spot that was centrally located. The house is well appointed and has everything you need ! It looks exactly like the photos. And the neighbourhood is very nice too.

We had a fantastic stay at Bruce’s cottage! Great rustic cottage right on the beach, perfect for a “slower pace” vacation away from crowds and hustle/bustle. Bruce and his wife are very friendly, very available for questions, and were pleasantly flexible with us on checkout timing really allowing us to maximize our last day on the cape. Will absolutely visit again!

Sean’s place was just as described. We felt completely comfortable at all times. Everything was spotless upon check in. Everything we needed was there, lots of extra blankets, pillows and towels. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Lots of nice touches to make you feel right at home. The location makes it easy to access many attractions. Thanks Sean!!

cute little cottage on a cove with that classic old cape look and feel. Plenty of things to do and great food around! the Ice Cream cafe is fantastic! and really liked friends market. Nauset beach is beautiful and the cape as a whole is lovely as it always has been.
