Great place in a great location.

We had a wonderful time at Mike and Brenda’s condo. It had everything we needed. A large beautiful kitchen. A great balcony with a view of the emerald water. They had beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. There are beautiful large pools in both buildings. Even though we had to cross the street to get to the beach it wasn’t a big deal at all. It was a breeze. We felt very safe crossing the street. We enjoyed a tropical drink at the tiki bar. The drinks were delicious and the setting is heavenly. Check in was easy. The hosts respond quickly and they made us feel very supported. The beds are comfortable and everything is pristine. We hope to return again. We highly recommend this amazing place. We had a friend getting married in Rosemary beach and it was so close that the drive was no problem. Thank you Mike and Brenda for hosting us. We created some beautiful memories to look back on forever.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The view was amazing! The beach was not overcrowded! People were friendly. Everything was clean. Plenty of extra blankets. We brought our own towels and laundry supplies but they were available for use. Cabinets were older but was not an issue for us. The shells were in abundance. Our boys caught a monster of a fish from shore. Garbage shoot was in a convenient spot. Diane was great to communicate with. The only thing I noticed often was the sirens. Otherwise this was a great experience for our family! The sound of the waves and view every morning and night is everything we hoped it would be! Fatty Patty’s was an amazing local must! Absolutely delicious!

We had a wonderful time for spring break! The location of the resort is great and the condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! If we vacation in Panama City Beach again, we will definitely try to stay here!

This was our second time staying at Yvette’s place. We absolutely LOVE coming to stay here. It is steps from the beach. Yvette is a wonderful host, her place has the best atmosphere, and it is very clean. Her handwritten welcome notes make us feel like we are right at home! We can’t wait for our future stays!

Julia was very responsive and helpful the entire stay. Location was close enough to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here! The hostess was very friendly and had ton of recommendations! The place was perfect for relaxation. The pool was really big so that was a plus!!

The condo is exactly as described. Everything was made easy by Blane. 1 problem with the new water heater, recently installed, we had while there and he promptly had it fixed. Otherwise, no issues at all. The best view ever. We are already planning the date to stay here again this year!

The Green Heron was a nice place. It was clean, convienient, and in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away, and the two main roads into Panama City or Destin are just a couple blocks away.

This was my 4th or 5th stay at the Plantation & that's because we choose it WVERYTIME, for our family & friends vacations. I can not explain how awesome Chuck is. He goes above & beyond to make sure that all of his guests are happy and he is ALWAYS available when needed. BUT, what I love also is that he allows you your space & privacy also. You couldn't ask for a better view or accommodations. Our family can't speak highly enough about Chuck & The Hideway.

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

Great place to stay , literally across the street from the beach

We had a great time during our stay. This Airbnb is a a historical home of I’m not mistaken and has a very homey feel to it. It has a good comfortable layout and the back porch is a dream in early morning. It is in front of a street so you can hear cars sometimes but late at night I was never awoken by sounds (guess it depends how light a sleeper you at) The location is good as we were in the center between the airport and other attractions. I would rent a car or you’ll have to uber but it really is a céntricas location. I traveled with my sister and I honestly felt extremely safe even arriving at night. Our host was also very communicative and helpful all in all I recommend 100%

we absolutely loved Jeff & Jill and their house. they are very responsive and accomodating. not to mention, the house is cozy and the view is amazing. it is right on the beach. i brought my grandparents and my nieces. my grandparents were very happy and my nieces had a blast. we are very thankful and we will be back.

Carrie’s place was fantastic! The first Airbnb that I have ever stayed in the was stocked with everything you needed! So thoughtful! The beach is literally out the front door. We had a great time and would book with Carrie again for future visits!

This was by far our favorite place we have ever stayed! We said several times, "Isn't this place just the coolest?" It's so peaceful and beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning, facing the beach, smelling the honeysuckle all around us and watching the different birds and wildlife come into the yard. We felt so safe and calm the whole time. The house was very clean and spacious. It comes stocked with everything you could possibly need. Robbie and Ellen were responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Having our own private beach in the backyard was amazing. We fished out there several times and saw some really cool marine life. This house is in the perfect neighborhood, that's so close to the best restaurants. We went to almost all of the host's recommended spots and they were absolutely phenomenal. This place was such a great value and if we ever go back to PCB we will not be staying anywhere else but here!!

I had a wonderful stay! I booked last minute because a previous hotel reservation fell through the day of. I was extremely grateful to have a clean and beautiful place to stay!

Had a really great, short stay here in beautiful PCB. The kids loved the mini golf right out the back door. The area was gated and felt very peaceful and safe. The home was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7. The only thing I would recommend is to add a few more kitchen gadgets, like a working can opener and some more cutting boards/knifes for those cooking in like we did. Overall, great place!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carolyn’s home in Santa Rosa Beach! The property was impeccably maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of fun. Carolyn was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. One of the highlights was the pool—it was large, heated, and came with a beautiful cabana that made grilling and relaxing even more enjoyable. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs,umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids, which made our days by the water even more fun and stress-free. Another huge plus was having The Big Chill just across the street. It was the perfect spot for grabbing delicious food, enjoying live music, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Carolyn’s recommendations for restaurants beaches and shops were spot on. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

We really enjoyed the close walk ability to the beach. This was a great location in Gulf Highlands closest to the beach entrance. Not all pools are heated, but it wasn’t far to walk to one of the heated pools. We also enjoyed the putt putt course. We found the people at the entrances to be quite pleasant and helpful. Katy was a great host to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Unfortunately we had cold and rainy weather most of our stay so we did not get to use the lovely patio area as we’d hoped. So we easily drove to explore areas both east and west of PCB. Lots of good restaurants in the PCB areas too.

It was great to be welcomed back, again! Darla is always a great host and her rental top notch! Everything we needed was there. The condo is peaceful and clean. Easy beach access. We love Sunswept as it's more laid back and family oriented. The pool is great, too!

Great Hostess. Have been coming to PCB for the last six years and have stayed here for five of those six. Victoria is great with communicating and addressing anything that should come up to make your stay better. Her property is always clean and well maintained. She has a great crew. (Side Story) After our stay, her crew discovered my wife left her walking cane and text a picture to let us know. They were kind enough to take the time and ship it to us.
