Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Bodenheizungen in den Bädern neu installiert. Bushaltestelle u. mit Bus/Auto max. 3 min. zum direkten Einstieg zur Gondelbahn Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau.
