Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Large, beautiful attic flat with 2 balconies

Unsere große und schöne Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen befindet sich im sehr ruhig gelegenen und naturbelassenen Au bei Lofer umgeben von den Loferer Steinbergen und der Loferer Alm. Im Sommer kann man von uns aus direkt losradeln oder wandern. Der Tauernradweg und auch der Jakobsweg führen direkt an uns vorbei. Im Winter ist man mit dem Auto in nur 6 Minuten an den Parkplätzen zum Skigebiet Loferer Alm. Zum Zentrum von Lofer sind es entweder 6 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 45 Minuten zu Fuß.

Stilvolle Wohnung in Unken

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß eines Einfamilienhauses und ist über eine Außentreppe zugänglich. Sie ist ruhig, neuwertig, stilvoll eingerichtet und besitzt eine große Terrasse. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, mit stündlichen Verbindungen in Richtung Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall und Salzburg. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, ein öffentliches Freibad mit Sauna und Fitnesscenter, die Saalach und diverse Wanderwege befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Die etwa 90 qm große Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock eines 2-Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Zu Verfügung steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Zimmer mit etwas kleinerem Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir freuen uns immer wieder neue Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Auch Biker sind hier herzlich willkommen!

Traumhaftes neues Haus "Haus Alpin"

Unsere wunderschöne neue Wohnung liegt ins idyllischen Lofer, wo mann wandern, raften, klettern, fischen und schifahren usw. kann. Sie können entspannen in unsere aussen Sauna oder beim Grillen in unsere Garten. Für die Kinder gibt es ein Spielplatz und Streichelzoo. Im Sommer ein Schwimmbad, Badminton und Tischtennis. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut.
