Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

This stylish + cozy casita, built in 1939, is located in RINCON HEIGHTS, right in the heart of town and a short 2 block walk to the University of Arizona. Appointed with original art and heirloom antiques from family travels, you can enjoy the recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, all tastefully done in a vintage style. This fresh yet hip bungalow will ensure an easy, comfortable stay. We typically do not allow pets, however we can possibly make exceptions depending on the situation.
