Beautiful house with great views from the balcony and amazing family spaces, both inside and outside. Andrew was also fantastic!

A little gem. The accomodation beeing spacious , clean , perfect private setting . Tucked away yet close to it all . Wish i could spend longer at the property . will surely return . The host was brilliant , responding almost instant . If you dont book here u surely missing out on a great experience . suggestion JP maybe a reading lamp in the second room .

This was an absolutely awesome house to stay in. The reason being, it was a home. With all the amenities for a superb stay. The garden and pool area is simply a sight to behold. Susans attention to detail and her ability to guage what we required, her openness, flexibility and kindness was something we were not expecting. This made our stay extraordinary. It was a Great stay! The small hiccups we had with the house was promptly addressed by the host! Also wish to share that the host is accommodating. that’s for me what counted the most. Any time we had a question or an issue it was addressed right away. Definitely recommend and it opportunity arises would go back!

great location, clean and well serviced, very secure with boom gate security and entrance staff. there are some items that need maintenance in the apartment, like ligh bulbs, light switches etc.. but didn't impact us much. recomend it for an Umhlanga stay.

The place was quiet spacious and very nice with a beautiful view of the city. The host was very friendly . The location is next to a lot of trendy restaurants which are a walkable distance from the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. Mr Richard, the host, was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. It’s unfortunate that one can only give 5 stars and not more. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The peaceful location was perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. I highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again.

I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. Kwanda’s apartment was more than I expected. It was beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Access was easy. It is close to shops but also secluded enough for peace and quiet. Kwanda has a gem in his caretaker, Nkosinathi. He’s very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use his place again.

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was easy and smooth; they were responsive and helpful throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment location was great with easy access to the beach. Apartment was very clean and neat - enjoyed our stay. The only downside of the apartment are the stairs - there are two flight of stairs - one as you enter to get to the kitchen and living room and the second to get to the bedrooms. Stairs we very narrow, not suitable for the elderly an a mission to carry up all our things

Great stay at Luke's apartment - really easy access across the road to the public beach for tidal pools and swimming. We didn't use the swimming pool but that seemed in good condition too. Large main bedroom with ample storage (and a fan we were very grateful for!), the second bedroom was also suitable for our needs (two adults) and had cupboard storage too. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, we did not find any basics like oil and salt/pepper which meant getting our own - though this wasn't a problem. We made use of the aircon in the living room, really great extra to have on humid days. We loved the outdoor area too, semi-private with people walking past every now and again for the pool or beach access. Overall would definitely stay again - thanks for the hospitality :)

I had a great time with my mother. The place was easy to find, we enjoyed our stay and the view is absolutely amazing. I am a Durbanite, but I haven’t lived home in over 12 years so it was nice to take out my mom for her 64th birthday and enjoy this lovely home as our vacation home. It was sad to leave and I wish I booked more days, we will be returning on another family vacation.

Paola was an absolutely amazing host. She provided us with clear instructions up front and was extremely communicative. She assisted us with all of our inquiries and she made us feel right at home. The place is breathtaking and exactly as per the pictures. It’s peaceful, with an amazing view and close to any and every restaurant you would need. We will definitely be back

Wow wow!! Myself and my family had a very nice stay at Trish’s place. Everything was wonderful from check in she welcomed us to her warm Home made sure we understood the surroundings all her instructions clear and simple. The place was much better than the photos, beautiful scenery nice and spacious for the whole family to enjoy. A stone throw away from the beach which the kids loved very much. I would love to book this place again Trish is an amazing host. Thanks for everything

I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is perfect for a small family trip. The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and even has a washer/dryer. It is just steps from the beach/boardwalk, and the host provides helpful items like beach towels and beach chairs. Just note that it’s on the top floor of the building, so pack accordingly since you’ll need to carry your bags. Loren is an excellent host, fully responsive, and so very helpful. There are multiple beachside restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the building, and lots of rock pools and safe swimming areas along the beach. If you are looking to stay in Ballito, this is the place.
