Todella mukava ja siisti huoneisto. Ilmoituksessa kuvatun mukainen. Helppo ja sujuva yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa. Erityispisteet alueen ja huoneiston rauhallisuudesta, vaikka sijainti ihan keskustassa.

Utrolig koselig leilighet med flott beliggenhet nær sentrum og universitetet. Leiligheten hadde alt jeg trengte for et komfortabelt og fint opphold, blant annet godt utstyrt kjøkken og en veldig behagelig seng. Vertene var også svært vennlig og lett tilgjengelig 😊 Anbefales på det varmeste!

Keskikokoiselle perheelle tämä on sopiva paikka, koska oli hyvin väljää. Vanhan talon yläkerran tunnelmaa oli aistittavissa viistoine kattoineen alkoveissa ja tunnelmaa luova avotakka. Lastenvaunujen tai pyörätuolin käyttäjille paikka ei oikein sovellu, koska asuntoon kiivetään pitkiä rappuja pitkin.

We had an amazing stay at Linnea’s beautiful home, which she cohosted with Oskar. Located on the peaceful outskirts of the charming town of Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, the house is perfectly positioned near the seaside, offering serene views of the water through its large windows. The home itself is spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children especially loved the wide-screen TV and the variety of toys, which made their time here extra enjoyable. Linnea was a warm and attentive host, making our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Trivsam lägenhet nära centrum. Flexibel och lätt incheckning. Trevlig värd. Rekommenderas.

Bardzo pomocny gospodarz. odpowiadający na każde pytanie. Mieszkanie super, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Dopełnieniem oceny jest sauna w łazience - cudo!

It was located in a chill area, but close enought to the center of Umea, and well communicated by bus. The apartment is really nice and they hosts really communicative with you. I even asked them about the posibilty of having a TV and they bought one for the apartment. I strongly recommend it for long-term place to rent.

Sijainti oli loistava: lähellä rautatieasemaa ja aivan keskustassa. Asunto oli kuvauksen mukainen ja siistissä kunnossa. Sofia neuvoi erinomaisesti ja tarkasti, miten tullessa ja lähtiessä toimitaan. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi asunnosta.

En voyage en Suède pour voir notre fille étudiante à Umea, nous avons logé à 5 chez Johan pendant 5 jours. La maison est très agréable. Elle est proche du centre ville (15min à pieds) et du fleuve (5min à pieds). La cuisine est bien équipée, avec présence d'ingrédients de 1ere nécessité comme de l'huile, du sel, des épices, du café et du thé mais aussi des pastilles de lave-vaisselle: merci pour cette belle attention. La salle d'eau est agréable, les chambres sont calmes, le linge de maison fourni. Nous avons visité les environs et avons passé un très bon séjour à Umea.

Everything was as described, host communication was good, check in and out was smooth.

The property was nice and well maintained. Comfortable and walkable distance from centre. Highly recommended for four people plus two kids.
