the property is located away from city husle ,traffic & polution.still it's connected with Kerala Highway just 2km away & reputed medi educational center.Relax with whole family at this peaceful place . Eco friendly homes built with natural mud bricks which is very cool in nature .This property is 1.5 km away from Yenepoya Hospital,NITTE College ,Kannachur Hospital and K.S.Hegde Hospital Deralakatte and Dmart thokottu .The property is also nearest to Infosys and Mangalore University , Mudipu.
