There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

Welcome to my Summertime Suite. The suite is a newly renovated, basement apartment with a separate entrance and parking provided. The suite is perfect for single travellers, couples, students, or workers who want to explore Eastern PEI. The suite is a 10 minute drive from the Brudenell and Dundarave golf courses, 20 minutes from provincial beaches and the ferry and a 30 minute drive to the capitol city of Charlottetown. Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.

We are in a quiet rural neighbourhood. Beautiful rolling hills...seven to be exact. Walk to nearby trails. Ferry to Nova Scotia just 15 mins. away. Golf at Belfast Highland Greens 10 mins away. Pick up groceries or liquor at Coopers Red & White 7 mins away. 25 mins to Charlottetown. Because this is our home you will find our belongings in some areas. There are also some food staples in the kitchen which you are free to use. Enjoy.
