Välkommen till vårt mysiga och familjära hus i natursköna Brodalen! Huset har varit i familjen sedan 70-talet och bär på mycket charm, även om underhållet är lite eftersatt. Inredningen är äldre men fullt fungerande. Nu pågår en renovering, vilket innebär att vi erbjuder ett lägre pris för dig som vill njuta av den bohuslänska naturen till ett riktigt bra värde. Huset har ett perfekt läge,närhet till många klätterleder och andra utomhusaktiviteter. Ingen renovering utförs de datum gäster bokar

Outside, you'll find a large terrace with seating and hot tub – perfect for relaxing evenings. A sheltered BBQ area is available When booking for 5–6 guests, a separate guesthouse is included. A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Ostörd tomt med stor gräsmatta, klätterträd och berg. Sandlåda, fotbollsmål och studsmatta. Solig altan med grill. Eldplats för öppen eld. Kort promenad till bryggor, liten strand och krabbfiske. Två vandringsleder i närheten. Får, höns och kaniner, 2 kajaker och liten motorbåt att hyra. Snabbt wifi. Värdfamilj i grannhuset.

Med närhet till hav och skog med flera sjöar bor du i ett lugnt område 700 meter från centrum. Här finns välsorterade mataffärer, genuina småbutiker och strandpromenad till mysiga restauranger precis vid havet. Goda bussförbindelser till bla Göteborg, Smögen, Lysekil, ca 1 timmes resväg. 4 km bort ligger Lyckorna golfklubb. 15 min med bil finner du ett stort köpcentrum. Vill du njuta av stillheten i skog och natur har du fina vandringsleder nära flera sjöar med start ca 1 km från boendet.

Stuga på 50kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Ett sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten båt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns

On the ground floor, you’ll find a hallway, a spacious open-plan kitchen with a lounge and living room, one bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 120 cm bed), a small playroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The entrance features a large veranda with outdoor seating. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a generous patio with outdoor seating and a retractable awning.

Welcome to Orrevik Farm on lovely Bokenäset. Located in the heart of Bohuslän with pristine surroundings including lush forests, a beautiful creek, cliffs and fields that borders the sea. Within walking distance you'll have access to beautiful forest walks and hiking trails in a nature reserve called "Kalvön", a small beach and cliffs perfect for salty swims and great waters for fishing. With it's great location the other gems on the west coast are easily accessible by car.
