Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. It has fabulous countryside views, and access to public footpaths /scenic walks, one of which takes you to the farm shop with coffee shop and forest adventure trail. Its a 10 minute drive into Durham City with a Castle, Cathedral, University, market, shops, cinema, bowling, and rowing boats for hire on the stunning river.
