A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

Guests are welcome to explore our property-as long as you take a carrot or two to share with Bentley, our resident horse. This Studio is a spacious self contained room separate from the main house, guaranteeing perfect privacy. There is a kitchenette and a shower room with wc. Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.

Well appointed air-conditioned studio is 2 mins drive from the heart of Palm Beach, halfway between the beautiful Tallebudgera and Currumbin Creek. Approximately 10 mins walk to the beach. Well behaved small pet under 10kgs allowed. This property is good for solo travellers or couples with a sofa bed which is suitable for children under 10. Fully self contained with the exception of a laundry. On street free parking. Free Wi-fi.
