Acest studio primitor este situat intr-un imobil nou, modern cu loc de parcare; la doar cativa pasi distanta de faimoasa epava si de locatia festivalului Beach Please – ideal pentru iubitorii de mare, soare si distractie. Studioul are o suprafata de 46 mp, o capacitate maxima de 4 persoane, fiind perfect pentru un cuplu, o familie sau un grup de prieteni. Dispune de doua paturi king size, baie, bucatarie open space si loc de luat masa. Rezerva-ti acum sejurul si sinte vibe-ul Costinestiului.

Come spend some time admiring a unique and wild part of the Black Sea seaside. Enjoy morning or evening walks to Tuzla beach while exploring the nearby wild shores and beaches, pick up sea glass and shells. Feel the breeze in your hair while biking through the golden fields, on the tall shores and come back to rest in our green and welcoming garden. Our cozy seaside home can accomodate 4 or 5 adults (or 4 adults+3 children) in 2 bedrooms+bathrooms. All the appliances at the guests' disposal.

O oferta DIFERITA de ce ofera litoralul romanesc. Curte uriasa, 140 de pomi, 6 locuri de parcare, igiena perfecta, liniste, dragoste de natura si plante. Foarte mult spatiu pentru doar maxim 8 vizitatori. Spatiu verde enorm. Terasa, gratar, loc de picnic. Se inchiriaza doar cu totul. Pentru sezonul rece: incalzirea in sezonul rece este cu lemne (si aparate de aer conditionat inverter) si va trebui sa va ocupati singuri de asta.

Relaxează-te cu întreaga familie în această locuință liniștită. Mansardă modernă și confortabilă – ideală pentru familii și grupuri de prieteni. Bine ați venit în mansarda noastră spațioasă și primitoare, amenajată pentru a vă oferi un sejur relaxant și confortabil. Locuința dispune de: Două dormitoare matrimoniale, potrivite pentru 4 persoane, iar în living canapeaua extensibilă poate găzdui încă 1–2 persoane.

Gradiora Studio este locul în care ne dorim să te simți bine din primul moment. Am pregătit totul cu grijă pentru ca sejurul tău să fie cât mai plăcut. Suntem aproape de Epavă, de zona Nibiru, de plajă și de restaurante, astfel încât să ai totul la îndemână pe durata vacanței. Garsoniera este complet utilată și pregătită cu tot ce ai nevoie, fie că vii pentru un weekend sau pentru un sejur mai lung.

The property is a two-minute walk from the beach. Villa "IBI"has a total surface of 180 sqm, disposed on two levels and offers 10 accommodation places. In order for our guests to feel at their best and enjoy their sunny stay, the whole villa is rented only for a period of min. period of 6 nights. We are sorry to announce that we don't rent individual rooms.
