My family and I really enjoyed staying here. George was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Great restaurants nearby and minutes away from skiing @ Big Boulder. I recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.

A very cozy house for a family weekend. I loved it. Everything was very clean and they have everything you could need in the kitchen.

Beth and Tom’s place was a wonderful place to stay after a long day of fishing. Very comfortable and right on the river. It really was nice for my family to have a place to stay and relax like this .

Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. Beautiful home, aesthetically pleasing and super functional. We very much enjoyed our stay. Just 7 minutes away from a small town with great breakfast and coffee shops, a must visit brewery and some very good restaurants in the vicinity (blue fox, la cigogne and more). There are some sweet must do trails along the Delaware river. The house gets an A+. Felt very welcoming and easy to settle in, I particularly loved the floor and the quality build of the property. It was nice to cap off the night by the fire pit.

We had a lovely and peaceful 2 night stay at Esopus Studio. Highly recommended - 4 C’s - cute, cozy, comfy, and clean - perfect for two people. Close to Phoenicia Diner and outdoor activities. Alma was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and proactively informed us about her no shoe policy and to bring slippers! Hope to return someday.

I was close to the area, decided to extend my weekend and did a last minute booking with Emily who was very accommodating! Her place was clean and I loved the decor and furniture. The kitchen is gorgeous and the counter tops made cooking easy with plenty of space for me to feel comfortable. Thank you for sharing, we loved it!

Beautiful space, hosted by Donna who was as helpful as possible. We were traveling for my girlfriend’s birthday and the space was right next to Main St so walking distance to everything you need which was a huge plus. Donna even set out birthday decorations and gifts for her birthday as well which was so thoughtful. The space was cozy and clean. Donna was also so quick with any responses and questions I had. Highly recommend !!!

We very much enjoyed staying at the Catskill Cabin Duplex Apartment. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Great location near ski resorts and restaurants and very easy to get there. Daniel is a great host we recommend this place! Thank you.

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

My husband and I ended up here on an extended stay and we could not have been happier! This is the coziest little garden apartment with gorgeous windows, a kitchen where we comfortably cooked elaborate meals, and possibly the most luxurious shower I’ve ever used. It’s also easy walking distance from Warwick’s charming Main Street. Patrick was an incredibly hospitable and attentive host who helped us several times and made sure we were so happy here. This really would be a perfect place for any couple that needs a romantic getaway from NYC, so sweet and lovely here. Thanks Patrick!!

Sergs place was terrific. Walking distance to a few good restaurants and coffee. Only a short drive to the Gunks on beautiful back roads. The house was very clean and comfortable. The wood fire sauna was perfect after climbing all day. The front porch was also great for the afternoon sun and sunsets. I would definitely come back.

This cabin is a great central location for Lake Harmony. It is definitely within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and a cafe. However, the road is on a curve with no sidewalk so it may not be the safest walk. We could only fit one sedan in the drive because of the snow. The cabin itself is exactly as descirbed. It was perfect for our trip with two couples. It was very clean. It even had a hot chocolate bar! We had a great stay. Sonia is very repsonsive and helpful!

Glenn's rustic cabin was ideal for what we love to do... tour a given region searching out historic bridges and churches, soak up the vibe of a river, buy something, anything, from a mom & pop general store in the middle of nowhere, just disconnect and enjoy ourselves undisturbed. The fireplace was highlight. Nothing beats that on a chilly morning over a hot cup of coffee. If you're looking for a sterile, white linen experience, look elsewhere. If you want to stay in a real cabin and do real cabin things, then book a stay with our friend Glenn.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures provided. It was very peaceful and relaxing and we hope to visit again soon. Susan was nothing but the best at communicating with us and all the little extras she provides at their cabin was just an added bonus. HIGHLY recommended!!

The cabin was great, especially the coffee! We enjoyed a lot! The view is beautiful in the woods. The hosts respond quickly and accommodating, and provide all amenities as needed. Recommend it if you are looking to stay away from city life and enjoy a cozy cabin.

Perfect cabin on the west branch especially for fisherman, walk right the back door and be on a great stretch of wadeable stream, and the boat ramp right down the road was a huge plus. House was very spacious and clean.

Timothy's cabin was so nice! It was clean, easy to find, and had great outdoor space. We felt right at home! We also appreciated that it was pet friendly as well. Would stay at his property again for sure.

This is the perfect cabin to get away from the hustle of the city. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous waterfall a short walk from the cabin. The house is well stocked, comfortable and provides everything you could want while you are away. This was the perfect spot for our family getaway.

It was a very nice getaway for my husband and myself.
