걸어서 비치나 쇼핑몰 가기도 너무 좋구요. 침대 세개에 토퍼가 여러개라 단체 여행에 아주 좋은 숙소입니다! 다만 샤워 수압이 약하긴 한데 그 외엔 모두 만족스러워요~!

The building is older, however, the interior of the apartment has been nicely updated. There is plenty of free and convenient parking. The apartment is really well equipped and nicely furnished. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The organization of the kitchen and bath supplies is impressive. The WiFi works great. The large flat screen TV seems to have something wrong with the screen (it seems washed out), however, it is still useable and is equipped with Roku. There is a dedicated laundry room with a high end washer and dryer. We found the laundry sink really helpful for washing our snorkeling gear. The location is fantastic. A very short walk from one of the nicest beaches is Guam with good snorkeling. The beach is visible from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants close by. Thicker blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be better. However, we eventually figured out that we could really darken the back bedroom by closing the hurricane shutters.

Great apartment very convenient for people who like night life. Located right near a bunch of bars and reatraunts but still quiet and peaceful for sleep. Close to the airport and a great value. I definately reccomend staying here.

Every Airbnb stay has its own certain flavor, and the ones where you actually share the living space with the host are in their own unique category. With Tomoko, you have a veteran Airbnb host who knows when to offer helpful insight and suggestions and when to give you your space. Added to this experience is her lively Siamese cat which is as social and inquisitive as he is cute. Though I originally intended to do everything on foot, I ended up opting for a rent-a-car and am glad I did. I discovered Guam is not exactly conducive to walking as sidewalks are often non-existent, leaving you to contend with loads of traffic at certain times of day. Tomoko's place is located on a major artery that allows for a quick and convenient start to any drive, no matter your destination on the island (quite unlike Tamuning where stoplights and congestion abound from the get go). Her condominium complex is very safe and close to an area mall, the Cathedral and a major museum. Highly recommend!

徒歩すぐに綺麗なビーチに到着する、素晴らしい立地です！観光地のタモンからは少し距離があるので、閑静なところですが、タモンにはタクシーですぐに行くことができるので便利でした。またアウトレットやたくさんの飲食店、スーパーが徒歩数十分の圏内にあるので、特に食事や買い物に困ることも無かったです。 部屋の中も写真の通りでとても綺麗でした。1週間程度の生活に必要な最低限のものは揃っていました。ホストの方からの返信も迅速でとても助かりました。 ただ、野生のニワトリが騒がしかったです。

This place was really nice, location was great, the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The area is quiet, and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. Stayed there for a week and had no issues whatsoever. Anna was very helpful, and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great experience.

Stayed here three nights and loved it! The location is beautiful, you can walk out of your door and right down to the water. The outdoor shared patio was the perfect place to sit at night, and the views at sunset were incredible. The place itself was super clean and felt very comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again over staying at one of the huge hotels.

I enjoyed staying here! The hosts were very accomodating and the other people in the guesthouse were chill and friendly mid/long term residents. It was quiet (apart from the roosters, but honestly they live around other part of towns too) and easy to concentrate while I work. Definitely affordable.

とても快適に過ごすことができました。 決まり事も張り紙がしてありわかりやすいです。 またモールやビーチからとても近く、ガソリンスタンドも近くにありアクセスがとても良いです。 チェックイン時も建物が少しわかりづらいですが、とても受付の方が感じよく迎えてくださり、ここのおかげでとても良い滞在になりました。 とてもおすすめの宿です。 ありがとうございました。

first time in a shared space, the other tenants were respectable and cleaned after themselves, oka is a great place in the heart of tumon, and the host was responsive and hospitable

I took my mom and her friends (they are in 70's) for a get-away trip for 4 nights. The island was beautiful and the property was wonderful. It takes 1 minute walking to the ocean front from our room. Very peaceful. Friendly helpers and neighbors. 5 big stars! I def. will come again.

객실 상태는 사진과 같았으며, 대가족이 머물기 편안하였습니다. 요청 사항이 잘 반영되었고, 호스트는 신속하고 적극적으로 연락되었습니다. 주방에서 조리 하기 편안하고 에어컨도 잘 작동 되었으며, 수영장도 잘 관리되고 있습니다. 숙소와 이어지는 해변이 있어 아침 저녁 산책도 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 갈 의사가 있습니다.

家族4人で滞在しました。お部屋はとても綺麗でインテリアも可愛く、清潔感があり大人4人でもとても広々と過ごすことができました。また、窓からの景色は最高で、朝も夕方も美しい海を見ながら素敵な時間を過ごすことができます。 滞在の途中、設備のトラブルがありましたがホストのKukuriさんは迅速に対応してくれて、予約から滞在までとても丁寧にきめ細かくフォローして頂きました。 またグラム訪問の際は是非利用したいです。本当にありがとうございました！

Dina’s place is conveniently located and close to grocery stores and gas stations. The home was cozy and clean with plenty of little amenities that may be needed during the stay! Dina was very flexible and responsive when it came to any issues or questions. I highly recommend staying if visiting Guam

Vma was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. The unit had split air conditioners in the bedroom and dining area. It was located in a convenient area in Upper Tumon. The easiest way to find the location using GPS, I found, was to enter "Lily Village Condo. " I highly recommend!

This is a cozy three bedroom apartment. We rented two bedrooms of it. Pretty inner design, excellent location (walking distance to beach). WiFi is strong. Assigned parking. Vma replaced the air condition in the living room the same day I told her the old one had some issue. And she also brought us bathroom and kitchen supplies when they run out.

We loved the location and it being right on the beach was just what we were wanting. It was spacious and accommodated our family nicely. They do need to stock their kitchen with basic things like dish soap , garbage bags , paper towels , measuring cups, salt pepper a few bowls for cooking. We had to go buy those. Otherwise an amazing place
