This is a recently built, architecturally designed, contemporary home that provides spacious rooms/areas to relax and enjoy, both indoor and outdoor. Includes many activities for both adults & kids to enjoy, including a large salt water pool, tennis court , extensive grass area for outdoor games plus table tennis & home gym set up in the garage. It is situated in a lovely, private rural setting surrounded by mature trees, on a 20 acre lifestyle block, while still only 5 mins drive to Havelock.

Casa da Karina

Casa da Karina was built in 1932 as part of Muritai Homestead. Now it is my home, full of character and charm, perfect to welcome friends and family. My dog Lola is only acting as a model but won’t be here during your stay. Our Cat however, stays. In the so called "green circle" of Havelock North. It is a 7-10 minute stroll into the Village where all shops and restaurants are at walking distance: even Te Mata Peak. Wineries and beaches are a short drive away. You’ll enjoy Casa da Karina.

Cabin life in the country

2 cabins side by side with a forever changing view. Peace and quiet in the country to relax and unwind with family or friends. Each cabin is identical with a queen size bed, fridge, microwave and tv. There’s a spa pool between the 2 cabins. A bbq to cook your dinner on. The ablution block consists of a shower and toilet which is 10 metres away from the cabins . Attached is an outside sink to wash any dishes. There’s also a gym to use which is free to guests.

With open plan living, multiple living spaces, a private backyard with a trampoline, and proximity to wineries and great walks, it's perfect for a comfortable stay. Book now and create beautiful memories in Napier! Upstairs, there is a spacious king room with an ensuite. Additionally, there is a cozy queen room, perfect for a peaceful retreat. Downstairs, two double rooms accommodate kids or additional guests.

Country Life 3 Bedroom cottage

Beautiful purpose built holiday home. 3 bedrooms. Open plan living with fully functional kitchen including coffee machine and coffee pods. Full laundry facility including dryer. Games and toys for the kids. Lovely deck to enjoy a wine in the peace and quiet of the country. Lots of room for the kids to run around. Ample parking. We also have 3 cabins which sleep two in each for bigger groups. 12 people max. We also have a brand new gym, spa pool and infared sauna.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Stunning waterfront apartment on the second floor overlooking the Harbour in Ahuriri, Napier comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a massive 48 square metre deck with uninterrupted expansive views north facing down the Harbour. 1 private car park in secure carpark, next to a lift that takes you to the front door of the apartment. Close to bars and restaurants of note just 100 metre walk along the waterfront.
