Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Villa Host is est. 2025 by familly Vuletic. We put all our love and tourist expirience in our villa (we are hosts for more then 11 years), and we would like that all our guest fell like home. Villa is situated on 1400 m2 land, consists of 4 bedroms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, large living room, fully equiped kitchen and 2 wardrobe. Outside space consist of large swimingpool with sunbeds, kids playgound (swing, toboggan and trampoline) covered summer kitchen with dinning table, lawn, and lott of trees

The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
