On the main level you'll find 2 large bedrooms with king beds. The finished attic takes you into another world which includes a second living area and fun space for all ages, not to mention the (third) bedroom with more sleeping options. Need some quiet time? Head outside to our fenced backyard or relax on the covered front porch.

The First Floor 1800 square foot space provides a Great Room perfect for entertaining and stretching out. Set right off the Savannah Square you have a blend of retail and residential neighborhoods nearby for comfortable walks. Four Bedrooms offer space for family members to have privacy while sharing a large common living space. Known to locals as the "Reporter Building" this was built in 1892 to house the newspaper printing press and was converted to living quarters in the last 20 years.

Originally built in 1885 by prominent grocer George Kennard, the mansion became the home of Cherry Mash creator Ernest Chase in 1912. There are 5000sqft total to explore, including a fully functional kitchen and two dining rooms.
