Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

Nearby are some of the best adventures East Texas has to offer, from hiking trails and fishing at Tyler State park, live music, downtown breweries, to market shopping and great food. Sits on the edge of a cow pasture where cows moo(DO NOT FEED, they’re large and can hurt you, NOT RESPONSIBLE for people who have messed with cows.) Also has a pond with ducks that quack. (You’re welcome to feed them by the fence.) *No dishwasher, if allergic to Gain febreeze plug-in contact owner prior to arrival.

This home is a relaxing retreat in a gated community for the entire family. 2-3 min from Lake Tyler. Pool views from every common area and the master. Chef's dream kitchen is designed to entertain and seats 14 with 6 more in the dining room. Watch the game or a movie next to a cozy gas log fireplace. This residence sleeps 6 adults, plus 2/3 kids in the full/twin bunk beds. The garage is used for storage and is not available to guests.

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.

Secluded Lakeside Honeymoon Cabin

Very secluded honeymoon cabin. Out in the East Texas Piney Woods where there are a million stars. A serene lake outback that has big bass in it. Have your coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake. Plenty of birds and deer. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. BBQ pit outback. Great firepit. Internet and Direct TV. Come enjoy yourself!

The Treehouse at Seven Springs

Relive your childhood dreams in the Treehouse at Seven Springs. You will be surrounded by tall trees and a small spring. Enjoy taking walks on the farm and a 2 acre pond you can swim/fish. Stocked with bluegill, sunfish and bass you are bound to catch at least one fish. Come relax or have a romantic getaway in the peace and quiet of 50 acres!
