Hytten ligger skjermet fra gården og langs Signaldalselven, der det går en tursti på 3 km som starter fra hytten. Northern lights rett utenfor hytta. kort vei til høyfjellet for ski/isklatring/ toppturer/fotturer/jakt og Nordlys opplevelser. Området hytten ligger på er et kjent sted for nordlysturister og man kan ta fine bilder av nordlyset med Otertinden i bakgrunnen.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .

Rolig og idyllisk småbruk med geiter og høns. Fint turterreng nært gården, og enkelt utgangspunkt for å utforske Senja. Mulig å leie naust med grillplass.
